During the webinar, VAWA MEI trainers introduced STOP Formula State Administrators to the new web-based tool for subgrantee progress reporting. MEI staff reviewed how to navigate and use the State Administrator Dashboard, how to invite subgrantees to fill out a progress report, and how to complete a subgrantee report.
