Rural Reporting Form Instructions

View program-specific reporting form instructions for more in-depth guidance on how to report grant-funded activities on the progress report.

OVW grant recipients are statutorily required to report on grant-funded activities every six months. Data reported on semi-annual progress reports help OVW monitor funded projects and illustrate grant program accomplishments. Instructions give detailed information and examples to help grantees understand what information to report in each question on the progress reporting form.

Common questions and answers:

Q: Has the reporting process or the questions on the form changed since the last reporting period?
A: No! They’re the same. Just be sure you download the current form from our website first.

Q: The form won’t let me enter data in a certain section. What should I do?
A: First, please make sure all Internet browsers are closed and that the form has been been opened in the Adobe Reader program (not a browser!).  Then, for that section of the form that’s misbehaving, check “Yes” in response to the first question.  If that still doesn’t work, change the answer to “No.”  Then switch it back to “Yes.”
