Use this workbook to calculate FTE totals for your progress report.
This FTE calculator is an optional tool that discretionary grantees can use to calculate totals for the staff section of their progress report. It consists of one Microsoft® Excel file that contains formulas which will automatically generate the totals, based on the data entered in the calculator.
The first tab contains the calculator and instructions for completing it. The second tab contains FAQs about the staff section. To use the calculator, download the file and then follow the directions on the first tab. You may find it helpful to view the Intro to FTE Calculator video first.
